Marion Arndt

​Marion Arndt, born and raised in Shreveport, has decades of experience in property management, serving both landlords and renters with exceptional service. She discovered her passion for property management while living in Kingman, Arizona, at ReMax Prestige Properties, a well-known Arizona brokerage. Marion started out as an assistant and became property manager within one year, holding that position until moving back to her home state of Louisiana with her four children and husband. Marion has managed commercial and residential properties and entire apartment complexes. She is an expert at handling tenant screening, rent collections, lease writing, house showing, project coordination, evictions, and explaining owner accounts.  Marion makes owning investment property simple and cares well for her tenants.
